Sunday

I got all fired up because my leg felt better. I went and did laps around Marina Green, which I measured and it's 3/4 miles long. I did 6, broken into 2 sets of 3. I was shooting to hit every one at 4:30, but went a bit fast on a couple of them. 1 minute rest in between and I jogged a lap for the break in between the 2 sets.

This combined with Saturday's workout destroyed me.
