I got 21 squats at 185lbs. It hurt. I did it alone at the Club, so, no support in a horrible environment for working out. Pretty happy with it.
That night, with Adrian, did 5 rounds of:
7 Dumbbell snatches in each hand
20 double unders
That combined with the squats left a pretty beat up body.
Thursday I did nothing. Sucked.
