It's been a while. I will update tonight. Last workout I did was on Saturday,
30 x clean and jerks @ 155lbs.
Time: 20 mins
Obviously, I can probably do this faster. Maybe in 10 mins. Working out alone and hungover, the weight made me nervous. It went well though. I got a lot better with the form of the clean and really learned how to jump into that squat. Almost fell forward several times and exhausted myself keeping upright. Great learning workout. Look forward to doing it again.
Tonight, Mexican drug cartels take back California.
