Monday Night 7/14

We started off with a 4 round tabata squat with the rest in the squat position. I scored a 19.

Then we did, on the minute, squat clean with 50lb dumbbell, pushup, so:
1st minute:
1 squat clean
1 pushup
2nd minute
2 squat cleans
2 pushups
etc. until you can't get it done anymore. I got through round 7 with a few seconds left and moved into round 8 but could not finish. We then went to pullups, which caused me problems because of my hands.

Then we did 3 rounds of
2 min double unders
1 minute hollow rock
1 minute reverse hollow rock
