Tuesday Night


Do you know where Sin Jin is?

The Filthy 50. Not what I wanted to do. Did 50 of each of the following:
  • Box Jumps
  • Jumping Pullups
  • Kettlebell swing (1pood/35#)
  • Walking Lunge
  • Knees to Elbows
  • Push-press (45# bar)
  • Back Extension
  • Wall ball (20#)
  • Burpees
  • Double-Unders
I started with back extension and went in order from there.
Notice that everyone that finished in front of me are cheaters. CHEATERS! It was the burpees that really slow me down. I need to work on them. But not tonight. Tonight is Dark Knight night. I need a rest. My body feels all beat up and no woman to make it feel better.
