Swam a lap in Acquatic Park at noon for Mr. George Barry's birthday followed by lunch at Capurros. I truly wish the water would warm up just a bit because right now it's difficult to talk when I get out my face gets so cold. I love swimming out there though.
Probably about a mile swim.
