Thursday--not sure about the date. If you have a calendar, use it.
We warmed up and did 3 rounds of overhead squats with 115lbs. Max reps for each round. I went 10-8-9.
We then did:
2 fence runs (300 meters), 20 kettleball swings (53lb), 20 pushups
2 fence runs, 12 swings, 12 pushups
1 fence run, 10 swings, 10 pushups
1 fence run, 8 swings, 8 pushups
The runs definitely were to my advantage but people would catch me on the swings. I don't know if I have a longer distance to travel or if I don't stop/start fast enough.
I think I went out drinking afterwards. If I didn't, I should have.
