Saturday was the 5:52 marathon from hell on Mt. Diablo. Aptly named.
Sunday was me drinking beers in the backyard.
Monday I went climbing at Mission Cliffs.
Tuesday I ran 7 in the morning and did crossfit that night. 21-15-9 of 225lb. deadlift followed by pullups. No problem with this workout but I was very very slow. It took me 8:37. Aaron Dial, my partner in the workout, had to wait for me. I feel like my pullups are lacking.
